One-time data collection during product registration:

  • Name, Email & phone number of the admin user for product registration
  • Domain Name
  • IP address(s) (a number assigned to your computer when you use the Internet)
  • Name of your internet service provider
  • Your location, City, Region, Country, Zip Code & Time zone.
  • Date and time of your visit
  • Pages you visited, and how many “hits” a particular item is receiving and links “clicked”
  • Data relating to malfunctions or problems occurring when you use our add-ins
  • Data about your use of the add-ins, and particular features thereof, and how frequently you use them.

How do we use personal data?

We use the data we collect to validate the licenses of the products we offer, and also to communicate with you, during support consulting or troubleshooting sessions and sharing new product updates with you. However, we do not use what you say in email, chat, video calls or voice mail, or your documents, photos or other personal files to target third party ads to you. Your personal data provided to Cubic is accessible only by the users authorized to perform the services and only for the required purpose.

We do not share your personal data with any third parties, except for trusted partners such as Microsoft 365, This sharing is solely for the purpose of enhancing our service offerings, ensuring seamless integration, license validation, communication, and providing you with the best possible experience.

How to access & control your personal data?

You can also opt out from receiving advertising emails from us by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Do you sync our employees’ data such as email ID, mobile number or other confidential information of our organization.

No, we don’t  sync any data of your employees / confidential information other than admin’s information which is used at the time of service subscription or trial initiation.

Control of personal data

You have control over your personal data and how we collect, use and share personal data that you have provided to us. You can request a copy of the personal data you provided to Cubic.


Cubic will retain personal data you provide us as long as we need it to provide services related to you. If you ask to delete your personal data with Cubic, Cubic will initiate deletion or  anonymizing  of data to make the personal information ineffective after 30 days. Please note: there may be some latency in deleting this data from our servers and storage and we may retain this data if necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce Cubic’s agreements.

Modifications to Information

We strive to maintain the accuracy of any personal data that may be collected from you and will use our commercially reasonable efforts to respond promptly to update our database when you tell us the data in our database is not accurate. It is your responsibility to ensure that such data is accurate, complete and up-to-date and we do not carry out procedures to maintain the data accuracy. How do we protect visitor information?

We do not email unless someone has filled out an “opt in” form or “webform” expressing an interest in our information or products and/or services, or otherwise directly and proactively requesting it.
